The lesson is addressed to professional cooks,chefs,sous chefs,kitchen managers, and anyone working in-or wishing to advance in-the field of professional cooking and gastronomy.
Is a specific level of experience required?
Professional kitchen experience is essential. The lesson is not intended for beginners or amateurs,but for those who wish to develop their thinking, technique and gastronomic identity.
Is the course only in person or can someone attend via online live streaming access?
There are two ways to attend the lesson:
1. In person in the city of Larissa,Greece and
2. Online, via live streaming access from anywhere in the word.

Will there be a replay option?
The lesson will be available online for 30 days after it's completion.

Will a certificate of attedance be provided?
Yes. Upon completion of the lesson, a certificate of attedance will be issued by the chef,
Will recipes files be provided?
Of course. A PDF file will be accessible to all participants. Those attending in-person live course will also receive a printed copy of the file.
