The masterclass focuses on five dishes, each chosen to illustrate different facets of Greek culinary philosophy and technique.
Is a specific level of experience required?
Professional kitchen experience is essential. The lesson is not intended for beginners or amateurs,but for 5hose who wish to develop their thinking, technique and gastronomic identity.
Is the course only in person or can someone attend via online live streaming access?
There are two ways to attend the lesson:

The lesson will be available online for 30 days after it's completion.

Of course. A PDF file will be accessible to all participants. Those attending in-person live course will also receive a printed copy of the file.

Do I need prior experience with Greek cuisine?
Prior knowledge is helpful but not required. The course guides professional chefs through traditional methods, flavor philosophy, and modern applications, offering insight regardless of previous exposure.
